- Insurance including medical, auto, boat, house, RV, death, rental and life insurance
Put all you X-Rays, EKG’s, Cat Scan’s and MRI’s in the program. The doctor can read them anytime he needs to data. You just can’t beat that kind if service!
List all your allergies and medications and include your medical devices if you have them. Be sure to include contacts or glasses, heart problems, oxygen, hearing problems, and stints. If you are deaf, this product is a MUST for it to talk for you.
Each unit also includes a Living Will, Medical Surrogate, Power of Attorney, Will, Obituary and Family important papers area.
Don’t forget that special family member, you’re pet. His or her information and picture is stored right here on the USB flash drive.
